On June 25, 1996, terrorists bombed Khobar Towers, a housing unit near Dhahran, Saudia Arabia, shortly before 10 P.M. local time, killing 19 Air Force personnel and injuring hundreds of other Americans. A1C Brian W. McVeigh was one of the airmen killed that day.
